The Villa Special Aluminum-wood Windows epitomize bespoke craftsmanship for exclusive residential projects. These windows are built around a 78 mm solid spruce or meranti core, laminated with three cross-bonded layers for dimensional stability in coastal and alpine environments. On the outside, a 2.0 mm extruded aluminum cladding carries a marine-grade polyester powder coat in any RAL or anodized finish, while the interior reveals fine wood grain finished with water-based, solvent-free lacquers. The thermal break incorporates a 34 mm polyamide strip reinforced with glass fiber, which together with double or triple glazing yields whole-window U-values as low as 0.80 W/m²K. Burglar resistance reaches RC2 as standard, thanks to mushroom-head locking pins, strike plates with anti-lift devices, and glazing beads secured from the inside.
